Are the estimates free?

 

Yes!  i will never charge for an estimate.

How quickly can you start my job?

Depends on how big the job is, if it will only take a couple of hours i aim to have it done within 48hrs. give me a call and i will let you know what my lead time is for being able to start.

 

Do I need to purchase the materials on my own?

 

You can, but it is not necessary. its usually easier for you to pick out what you want and for me to fit it. however sometimes its quicker for me to source it for you. either way its not a problem and we can discuss this when i quote for your job.

 

Do you charge by the hour or the job?

 

i never charge by the hour. i will give you a price for the job, if it takes longer than that is on me.

How do I pay?

 

You can pay by bank transfer or cash.

 

Do you work weekends and evenings?

 

yes. i will work whenever convenient for you. i don't mind working late, usually do to get jobs done quicker especially on kitchens and bathrooms as no one wants to be without for long!!

 

Im working all day can you just get on with the job whilst I'm out?

 

Yes, all i need is access to your property and you can go about what you need to do.

im a landlord and need someone to arrange with the tenant a time to get a job done? can you do this on my behalf?

i can deal with the tenant directly to be able to get the work done. i just need their contact details and i will then keep you up to date with what is going on.
